Tungsten for Tech Companies
Your product works.
Your clients aren't getting results from it.
Healthcare technology doesn't fail at the software level. It fails at adoption — when clinical teams don't know how to use it, don't trust it, or don't have the internal structure to make it stick. We fix that.
What We See
You can't scale a product that your clients aren't actually using.
Healthcare technology companies face a version of the same problem at scale: clients purchase the product, go through onboarding, and then engagement drops. Quality metrics don't move. Renewal conversations get harder. Churn quietly increases.
The issue is rarely the product. It's that clinical adoption requires structured change management — and most healthcare organizations don't have anyone dedicated to doing that work. They're already stretched. Your implementation team can't fill that gap alone.
The result: a growing gap between what your product can do and what your clients are actually getting from it. And that gap becomes your retention problem.
How Tungsten Transforms
We become the change management layer your clients are missing — and your best argument for renewal.
Tungsten partners with healthcare technology companies through a Business Services Agreement. We work directly with your clients — embedding alongside their clinical and operational teams, driving structured improvement using your platform, and building the internal capability that makes your product stick long-term.
When your clients get real outcomes, they renew. When they renew and grow, they refer. Tungsten doesn't just improve client engagement — we turn your client base into your best sales channel.

How the Partnership Works
Step 1 — Business Services Agreement
We start with a partnership agreement that defines how we work together — what Tungsten does, how engagements are scoped, and how the relationship between your company and ours functions. This is what makes the ongoing model possible.
Step 2 — Client Engagement
Once the agreement is in place, we begin working with your clients directly — either billed through you or contracted with the client, depending on the engagement structure. Every scope is defined upfront with clear deliverables and quality metrics.
Step 3 — Outcomes and Renewal
We track what changes. At the end of every engagement, we document results, share data with your team, and give you something concrete to bring into renewal conversations. Your clients' outcomes become part of your story.

Your leadership is humble, open, and willing to hear hard things about your clients' experience
Not the Right Fit
You're looking for a quick fix or a one-time implementation boost
You believe your product alone is sufficient for clinical adoption
You need someone to execute without any structure or defined process
